What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Do you offer airport transportation?
Yes, we offer complimentary airport shuttle service for all guests staying in our suites and villas. For other room types, transportation can be arranged for an additional fee.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
While we love animals, we only allow service animals on the property to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
What dining options are available?
Acel Bay features 5 signature restaurants ranging from fine dining seafood to casual beachfront cafes. We also offer 24-hour in-room dining.
